Hi,

I'm currently working on a phone/server system which transfers all its data in xml format. My main issue right now is how to convert xml to wbml using PURE PHP, i don't want any extra modules preferably. So that i'll be able to transfer those wbxml messages to the phone.

I still need to find an online service provider which offer ota provisioning service without any middleware software but first i need to structure the messages well before i try to send them.

Any ideas ??
